FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT
FRIDAY, MARCH 14TH @ 5:30 PM
Bring your chairs, pillows, and blankets and join us for a screening of The Wild Robot (PG), a 2024 Critic's Choice Award winner for Best Animated Feature.
Purchase general admission and food tickets on our website. Ticket sales close on Thursday 3/14. Limited tickets will be sold at the door.
CULTURAL NIGHT FEEDBACK
Thank you to the 700+ visitors who turned out for our Cultural Night event on January 31st! We wanted to say a special THANK YOU to the families and Sato staff who hosted booths during the event. You are amazing and we appreciate all your hard work!
We are always looking for ways to improve our events and are always open to new ideas, suggestions, and feedback! We encourage everyone to please fill out an event feedback form on our website here. The form does provide an option to provide anonymous feedback if desired.
YEARBOOKS NOW ON SALE
Families can now purchase the 2024/2025 Sato Yearbook! Yearbook orders will be collected until May 7th and will be distributed to students during the first week of June. This year's yearbook includes 74 color pages and is available in soft cover or hard cover.

SECO BOARD AND COMMITTEE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
As we look ahead at the next school year, SECO is looking for volunteers who are interested in joining our team as a board and/or committee member for the 2025/2026 school year.
Without volunteers in these positions, it would not be possible to run many of our programs and events. If interested in learning more about open positions, please complete this interest form and someone from SECO will reach out to you with more information.
VOLUNTEER INTEREST - AFTER SCHOOL CHESS CLUB
We have received some parent interest in forming an after school chess club for the 2025/2026 school year. We are reaching out to find parents and community members who are willing to volunteer their time to help assist with, organize and run the club. Please note that a club has not been created, we are looking to determine if enough volunteer support is available to move forward.

INTERESTED IN STARTING A NEW PROGRAM OR AFTER SCHOOL CLUB?
SECO is currently collecting information for volunteers who are interested in forming a new program or after school club at Sato for the 2025/2026 school year. If you are interested in initiating and helping to run a new program/club, please complete the form here. Once a form has been submitted, a SECO representative will reach out to talk to you about the next steps.
FIELD DAY VOLUNTEERS
We are already in March, and before we realize it, it will be time for Field Day. While the date and volunteer needs will be finalized next month, we wanted to put this on your radar. Families looking forward to volunteering for Field Day should ensure they have their volunteer applications in and background check completed through Raptor prior to the day of the event. POPCORN FRIDAY
FRIDAY, MARCH 21ST
Our next Popcorn Friday is coming up on, March 21, 2025. For $25.00, parents can sponsor a class for the month which ensures each student gets a bag of popcorn! If you are able, please visit our SECO store to sponsor a class.
